Bape questa stagione ripropone un pezzo che ormai fa parte della sua storia la 1st Camo Rain Jacket. Il giacchettino leggero da pioggia con le maniche estraibili, un classico di Bape, torna col logo OG e con la novità del Giant Camo nelle due versioni verde e giallo. La giacca è già disponibile in negli stores giapponesi e su BapeLand a ¥30,240 ma presto raggiungerà gli scaffali del Bape store di Londra e di conseguenza l’online store europeo.

Bape this season brings back an OG piece which is now part of the brand history, the 1st Camo Rain Jacket. The lightweight jacket with removable sleeves has the OG logo and the novelty of the Giant Camo in the two version green and yellow. Just Available in stores in Japan and BapeLand for 30.240 yen, but soon will be available also in London Bape store and consequently the European online store.

Il Bape store di Londra tra pochi giorni festeggerà il nono anniversario dalla sua apertura e tramite la loro pagina twitter ci danno un grande indizio su quale sarà il capo celebrativo per l’occasione. Anche se la foto mostra solo una parte della felpa è facile intuire che si tratta della famosa Shark hoody con metà cappuccio costumizzato col camo londinese. La collezione Bape x mastermind JAPAN che vi abbiamo presentato qui, oggi ci ha riservato un ulteriore sorpresa. Alla lista dei capi che verranno messi in vendita dal 19 Ottobre infatti si è aggiunta una giacca Gore-Tex e pantaloni sempre Gore-Tex da Snowboard. La giacca, anche in taglia per bambino, sarà disponibile nel camo personalizzato dal teschio MMJ in esclusiva per Bape e con il woodland camo in esclusiva per mastermind JAPAN. Tutto bellissimo se non si guardano i prezzi.

Bape questa stagione sta presentato un grandissimo numero di collaborazioni più o meno valide. Tra quelle valide c’è sicuramente quella con Airwalk per una versione esclusiva dell’Everest Boots. Il modello Everest, adorato tra gli altri da MCA dei Beastie Boys che nel 2009 spinse per il loro ritorno in produzione, uscirà nel classico colore sabbia, con la caratteristica suola e con un dettaglio della Bape head sulla tomaia in suede. Il boot A Bathing Ape x Airwalk Everest verrà rilasciato nelle prossime settimane con un prezzo di listino in Giappone di ¥17,640 JPY (circa $230 USD).

Bape this season has presentedis a very large number of collaborations more or less valid. A certainly valid collabo is with Airwalk for exclusive version of Everest Boots. The Everest model, beloved by MCA of the Beastie Boys that in 2009 pushed for the return to production of that shoes, will be released in the classic sand color, with the particular sole and with a characteristic detail of the Bape head on the suede uppers. The A Bathing Ape x Everest Airwalk boots are set for release later this year and have a Japanese retail price of ¥17,640 JPY (approximately $230 USD).

Come promesso vi presentiamo appena uscite tutte le immagini della collaborazione Bape x mastermind JAPAN. Nell’amplissima collezione si intrecciano il teschio di mastermind JAPAN con i storici simboli del brand di Nigo, il camo, Baby Milo e la Bape Head. Collezione davvero ben riuscita, dal costo medio abbastanza alto (da notare che i capi esclusivi MMJ hanno il costo circa raddoppiato rispetto ai Bape), che uscirà il 19 Ottobre all’ISETAN di Shinjuku e che farà tappa in europa il 27 Ottobre da Colette e Dover Street Market.

Bape ha collaborato con la giapponese CAUSE per una serie di mocassini che ricordano la Visvim FBT Folk. Il mocassino in suede è abbastanza classico con la particolarità della Bape head posizionata sopra gli occhielli dei due lembi della tomaia. La scarpa disponibile in quattro colorazioni sarà presto disponibile in tutti i Bape store.

Bape has recently collaborated with the JJapanese brand Cause for a mid top moccasin who remember the Visvim FBT Folk. The suede moccasin is fairly classical with the particularity of the Bape head positioned over the eyelets of the two edges. The shoe comes in four color ways and will be soon available in all the Bape stores.

Bape ha appena annunciato ufficialmente la collaborazione con mastermind JAPAN, notizia che vi avevamo già dato in anteprima, per celebrare questo storico brand creato nel 1997 da Masaaki Honma, e che chiuderà i battenti nel 2013. La collezione che verrà rivelata il 22 Settembre sul sito ufficiale, sarà disponibile in Giappone all’Isetan Shinjuku il 19 Ottobre e il 22 al Bapexclusive con un evento benefico per raccogliere fondi per le vittime dello tsunami. La release proseguirà il 25 al Bape Store di Shanghai, il 26 a Pechino e il 27 a Hong Kong ed è presente anche l’europa con Colette (Parigi) e il Dover Street Market (Londra). L’appuntamento su providermag è per il 22 Settembre con un resoconto dettagliato su tutta la collezione.

Bape has just officially announced the collaboration with mastermind JAPAN, the news that we had already given in the preview here, to celebrate this historic brand created in 1997 by Masaaki Honma, and that will close in 2013. Billionare Boys Club x BAPE Fashion’s Night Out

La seconda release del BBC store per il Fashion’s Night Out coinvolge anche Bape, infatti si tratterà della prima collaborazione Billionaire Boys Club x A Bathing Ape. L’uscita prevede una serie di Tshirt con i loghi storici del brand di Pharrell in stile Baby Milo e con il Bape camo. Le tees in camo saranno equamente divise nei due negozi di Soho ed ognuno ne avrà un solo colore in esclusiva, mentre le magliette in stile Milo saranno in esclusiva dei webstore.

The second BBC store release the Fashion’s Night Out Fashion involves also Bape, in fact it will be the first collaboration Billionaire Boys Club x A Bathing Ape. The output includes a series of T-shirts with the classic logos of the Pharrell brand in Baby Milo style and Bape camo. They will split up the colors between the two flagship stores in Soho for the camo tees, while the T-shirt in Milo style will be Web Release exclusive.

La collezione “Bape Classics” arrivata al suo secondo appuntamento, da una parte è fortemente criticata dai vecchi cultori di Nigo che vedono riproporsi pezzi rari magari conservati per anni, mentre accontenta gli appassionati più recenti che hanno la possibilità di acquistare capi che hanno fatto la storia del brand. Come la prima edizione troviamo non solo magliette ma anche jeans giacconi e scarpe, spiccano la varsity e la felpa Beethoven, e saranno tutti in vendita esclusiva su Zozotown.

The “Bape Classics” collection on one hand is strongly criticized by old Nigo fans who see back in stock rare items stored for years, while more recent fans who have the possibility to purchase items that have made the history of the brand, satisfied.
